Great recipe

Great recipe and my favorite! For my family it was not Sunday if mom didn't make this potato salad. I make it fairly often but add the beef broth to the pan with the bacon and onions before mixing it with the potatoes. I let the salad marinate for about 10 minutes before I add the vinegar/oil mixture.
