Parisian Schnitzel = YUM...

Thanks for posting this recipe... I'd almost forgotten about Parisian schnitzel... My dad used to make it at our German restaurant every once in awhile... it was SO good... The only thing he did different was that he added some Parmesan in with the egg.... and he sprinkled a little paprika on top to add some color... Oh yum... Thanks for the memories... Just had to make a batch.... ~Mireille
