sweet memories

My mother, who was Hungarian, used to make this wonderful strudel. Unfortunately she never had the recipe written down, and as far as I can remember, rarely measured any ingredients! Sh died a few years ago, and i have tried to make it myself, but with varied successes. So I was delighted to find this recipe, almost exactly as I remembered it...a great success!!
