The German Food I know

My wife was from Ansbach Germany and after 51 years of marriage died last August while horse jumping. Needless to say I miss her and having been looking for ways to "keep her me". Being able to make, smell and eat the foods she cooked, all those years, seems like a way to keep her near. These recipes seem like the ones she made for our family. I can't wait to try making them. Very happy I found them.
